We enjoyed our time here. Having a veranda was a nice addition. Rockland is a district that deserves exploring.

a beautiful room and an excellent location, great value. just a 20-minute stroll to the centre. don't forget to visit nearby shine cafe, they have best coffee ever. it was worth its 5 stars.

The rooms we had were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Residential area adjacent to the hotel. Nice place to stay in Victoria, no reason to complain. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food.
